Request for Information - Alumni Referral

There are no better recruiters for Bradley University than its loyal and true alumni and friends. If you know a high school or transfer student, please consider passing along his or her information below so we can contact them about becoming a Bradley student.

The Bradley Office of Undergraduate Admissions will personally follow up with the student and give him or her the option of registering as a prospective student. The student will receive information from Bradley, be added to our contact list, and be invited to special events in his or her area. The student can also be notified that you took the time to refer him or her to Bradley University.

Even if you don’t have information for all the boxes below, please fill in what you can. Contact methods (address and e-mail) are required for the student so Undergraduate Admissions may contact him or her. The information provided will not be shared with anyone outside Bradley.
