Spring 2020 COVID-19 Residence Request


For the health and safety purposes of our students, we need to know where students are living on campus and working in the community.

You will receive confirmation once we are able to review your request. Please give us 24 hours to respond, not including the weekends.

This request form needs to be filled out if needing housing even if you already completed the sign up process prior to break.
