Break Housing

This form will be used to collect data for students that wish to be in housing during semester breaks or during the time before/after a semester starts or ends.

This may include but is not limited to:

• Early Move-In
• Fall Break
• Thanksgiving Break
• Holiday Break
• Spring Break
• Graduation Week
